Robert Humphrey Quartermaster
Rob Humphrey was elected the Quartermaster for the Elgin VFW Post 6115 in 2021. Prior to his election, he was elected a Post Trustee for three years. Rob is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with almost 35 years of military service. His last assignment was the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Army’s largest operational command. VFW6115QM@gmail.com
